Where do you ship from?
Our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, changes and cancellations won’t be possible. However, you can return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days, with shipping on the next business day. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2-4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Our prices are listed in Swiss Francs and are tax-free. You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other fees when your order arrives, depending on your local customs regulations. These charges are your responsibility, and we cannot cover them. We are also not liable for delays caused by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post to your account.
